If you are using XP : when you run EdgeWay TimeClock and it does not start you need
to obtain Microsoft's NET 2.0 Framework or later, you can get it HERE
If you are upgrading to TimeClock 7.0 you will no longer see your existing data as 7.0 onwards uses a new data file and location, therefore you will need to re enter user data, if this is not possible send an email and I will be able to migrate your data for use in 7.0 Note also you will need to re enter a Reg Key just email your install ID using the email address you used to purchase TimeClock and I will forward the Reg Key. |
